Deposits
The booking deposit secures your chosen date. It is deducted from the balance payable on the day of your booking. The booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if the booking is cancelled.
| Cancellations |
| If you decide to cancel after confirming your booking, the following charges will be payable: |
| 1 month before the booking - 30% of the total fees due |
| 3 weeks before the booking - 40% of the total fees due |
| 2 weeks before the booking - 50% of the total fees due |
| 1 week before the booking - 100% of the total fees due |
Parking
Where complimentary car parking is not available, parking fees incurred will be payable.
Travel
Bookings outside of the Sydney metro area as well as bridal bookings for three or less people, will incur a travel fee.
Early Starts
Bookings that commence before 7:00 AM will incur an early start fee.
Public Holidays (including long weekends)
Bookings for public holidays, including long weekends, will incur an additional fee.
By payment of the booking deposit to confirm your booking, you are entering into an agreement to honour the above terms and conditions of business. |
